Let me confess: I want a Giotto or Mini Vivaldi II May 31, 2009 Reviewer: Tom W. from Collierville, TN United States   ...but I found something that would brew excellent coffee: The Aeropress. Grind, scoop, pour, wait about 10 seconds, stir another 10 seconds and press. With hot water and a decent grinder, you can repeat shots about 1 per minute. It can produce Americanos faster than my Saeco. This tool allows you to make excellent coffee. Nice and rich and using the measurements on the side a very repeatable coffee drink. I also use this for milk based drinks for my wife. I steam milk and press the coffee into the steam pitcher, then pour into her cup. She is not a huge coffee fan, and does like the richer smoother taste of the Aeropress. Bottom Line: If you are drinking Americanos and regular coffee, the Aeropress will help you make much better coffee than you are enjoying today. Your neighbors will not be as impressed with the look of the Aeropress over the Giotto but they will keep asking for coffee when they come over to visit. Was this review helpful to you?

WOW! March 24, 2009 Reviewer: MJ C. from Spokane, WA United States   After a painful break up and financial difficulties I had the challenge of finding a replacement for the ex's old Moroccan espresso maker and French press we bought together. I saw the Aeropress on a morning news program with the guy from America's Test Kitchen. I had to have one so I got online and after some research found Seattle Coffee Gear. Needless to say, I happily purchased one and I am ecstatic with it! It makes the BEST espresso I have ever made at home and the coffee is even better! The icing on the coffee is that it is quick and simple to produce what I believe to be the best cup of Joe EVER.1 Thanks Seattle Coffee Gear for making my life tastier, simpler and more enjoyable.
