How it Works
Fill the bean hopper with beans, dial the adjustment knob to the appropriate setting and turn on grinder.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your grinder's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Clean burrs on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, either with a cleaning brush or a burr grinder-specific cleaning product, such as Grindz.
- Remove and hand wash bean hopper and lid with warm soap and water as needed.

Components & Functionality
- No Coffee Dispenser: The grinders feature a coffee chute which funnels the freshly ground coffee from the grinding chamber directly into a coffee holder for your espresso machine or into a coffee filter, or even a storage container.
- Easy to Clean: One important and often overlooked task required of owning a good coffee grinder is routine cleaning. To clean, just remove the coffee bean hopper and cover to expose the grinding chamber, which takes about 30 seconds. You can perform a thorough cleaning to remove built up coffee grounds around the main cutting wheel and then reassemble the grinder - total time is about 2 minutes.
- Micrometric Regulation System, (MRS): Ascaso i mini grinder is a powerful unit that comes with a grinding group and uses heavy-duty 38mm conical blades for superior performance with all kind of coffee beans, operating fast and precise with the built in Micrometric Regulation System, (MRS), to control the quality and consistency of the grinds.
- Clearance: One of the smallest quality burr grinders on the market, the i-Mini comes in at just over 12" tall.
