which takes some getting used to. I've had it about two weeks and I'm still playing with the grind. Overall I'm very satisfied, and I'm particularly happy with the help offered by the distrubutor, espresso4home. The machine arrived with a wire hanging out next to the group head. They walked me through taking the top off the machine and attaching it. It was a ground wire, and not difficult. The other, larger problem was a wire that looked as if someone had purposely snipped it in half. This was a wire to the power switch. I was offered several options, and chose to have them send me a replacement wire. I would recommend this only if you have some experience with electronics. I was able to jury-rig the snipped wire while I waited for the replacement part so I didn't have to wait. It's a great machine and simple to use. Any decent espresso machine will take some getting used to, but it does a very good job.

...to this more robust machine was somewhat intimidating. However, out of the box and onto the counter, I have found the machine operation to be relatively easy. Although there is a learning curve to using this machine, it was relatively quick. The curve was more focused on finding the grind of bean and bury depth of steam wand into the milk or soy.
