Advanced Patented AromaSwirl Brewing System
The AromaSwirl System yields maximum flavor and aroma from the brewing process. This special system combines freshly ground coffee with water that is at the ideal temperature in a pressurized brewing system. The coffee grounds are conditioned (presoaked) in hot water for a few seconds, and then subjected to high pressure during the computer controlled brewing cycle. The result is coffee and espresso that has been brewed under perfect conditions.
Completely Automatic Espresso & Coffee Brewing
The Benvenuto is ideal for those who want perfect coffee and espresso, but do not want to fuss with cleanup or maintenance. At home or in the office, expect only the best. Just press a button and the Benvenuto will automatically grind your coffee beans, and dispense freshly brewed, rich and flavorful coffee into your cup. This machine allows you to choose the volume, strength, and temperature of your coffee by simply making selections on the control panel. Then it cleans up and is ready for the next order, in less than 30 seconds.
12 Automatic Coffee Brewing Options
The BOSCH Benvenuto has the most feature-rich coffee selection system of any machine in its class. Using the coffee drink selection knob and digital display you can choose among the following drink options: Small espresso, espresso, small coffee, coffee, large coffee, and XXL coffee. You may also choose to double any of these selections for total of 12 drink options.
The Benvenuto automatically adjusts the water quantity and the amount of ground coffee used for each of these beverages. You have the option of manually adjusting the coffee grind and temperature for the ultimate flexibility.
Hot Water Dispenser & Instant Steam Feature
Turn on the steam knob, wait about 10 seconds, and you will have all of the instant steam you want for cappuccinos or lattes. A convenient frothing tip for creating milk froth comes with the machine and delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right-front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 20 oz. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the turn of a dial.
Special Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel
This option allows you to pour pre-ground coffee into a funnel that is accessed by lifting a small lid on top of the machine. This feature is perfect when there is someone in the crowd who wants a decaffeinated espresso and there are only caffeine espresso beans in the machine, or if you wish to sample other blends of coffee. After making a cup of coffee with the pre-ground option, the machine automatically resets back to the beans held in the machine. It's all up to taster's choice.
Multi-Function Digital Screen
It's good to keep tabs on your machine. With a quick glance at the digital screen, you can scroll through the many drink options, monitor machine functions, and keep tabs on the machines maintenance needs.
