Encompassing the strength of a commercial machine in the size of a home friendly footprint, the Breville Dual Boiler Espresso Machine uses its dual stainless steel boiler to give out precise temperature and pressure control every time.
With electronic PID temperature control, users will know the temperature of their boiler and are given the ability to adjust the temperature for different bean roasts and origins separate from the steam boiler. This allows for the right temperature to extract your shot while simultaneously steaming your milk to a frothy, velvety texture with the 3-hole, 360 degree swivel steam wand.
Easy to program features, you'll be able to adjust the water temperature, shot volume, auto start, auto volume, pre-infusion duration and power.
Also featuring an Over Pressure Valve, it limits the 15 bar Italian pump during extraction and prevents bitter flavors with every shot and low pressure pre-infusion for an even extraction every time.
The Dual Boiler also comes with a 84 fl. oz removable water tank.

Cons
- Take It To The Pros - Unfortunately you won't be descaling this machine yourself. The closest you'll get to decalcifying from the comfort of your home is using filters. But if it's a real flush out that you want, you'll have to have it professionally descaled at a service center every few years

How it Works
•Press the POWER button to switch the machine ON. The POWER button will flash and the LCD screen will display the current espresso boiler temperature.
•When the machine has reached the default operating temperature (200 degrees), the POWER button light will stop flashing and the MANUAL, 1 CUP and 2 CUP buttons will illuminate. The machine is now in STANDBY mode ready for use.
