Featuring the same great simultaneous brewing functionality of its sister model, the BCO120T, but includes an automatic milk frothing component that gives you your favorite latte or cappuccino at the touch of a button.

Pros
- Tasty Brew - The majority of users report the drip coffee and espresso produced by this model tastes excellent
- Flavor/Brew Selection - You can brew smaller portions and select the flavor level to suit your specific tastes
- Removable Components - The removable reservoir, permanent filter and plastic frothing wand make this unit easy to prep and maintain

Cons
- Automatic Milk Foamer - This functionality has mixed reviews; some folks love how it works and think it makes a delicious cappuccino without you taking the time to froth the milk yourself, others think that the function is faulty, messy and does not produce good results. This functionality could very well vary from unit to unit and might be good or bad based on inconsistency in manufacturing
- Complex Functionality - Most users have found this machine difficult to use right off the bat and highly recommend reading through the instructions a few times before you begin use. Some folks have never been able to get the unit working to specification and felt that its unintuitive operational design was a definite drawback
- Durability - While this model appears to have significantly less issues around quality in manufacturing, several folks have reported that the machine just simply quit working after under a year of usage. Unfortunately, replacement and shipping of parts can be costly and DeLonghi's customer service is not reputed to be excellent, so repairing the machines can sometimes be more of a headache than they're worth

Care

- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Clean the automatic frother and frothing wand after each use.
- Wash all removable components with soap and water on a regular basis.
