Pros
- Rich Crema - This machine has a great record for delivering rich, delicious crema every time
- Pods or Grounds - Depending on your tastes, this machine accommodates either ESE standard pods or your own ground coffee
- Great Value - The cost vs. the quality this machine provides makes it a great overall value. It's a mid-range machine that will give you great espresso for a reasonable price

Cons
- Ergonomics - There is limited height under the frothing wand and the brew head, so you'll need to use a 12 oz. pitcher for the former and shot glasses or espresso cups for the latter, otherwise you're likely to become a bit frustrated
- Capacity - The amount of time it takes to make multiple cups, one after the other, is too long to accommodate a large group of people within a realistic timeframe
- Threading - Some users have reported that the frother attachment and the brew basket are easily cross-threaded, therefore open to use-based damage

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Clean the brew gasket with a cleaning brush daily
- Soap out water tank and drip tray every few days
