We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine: Wash thoroughly after each use -- grounds left on the gaskets can cause degradation User Tip: Purchase extra gaskets and filter baskets from the manufacturer before you need them, they will degrade over time and you don't want to be stuck with an item on backorder User Tip: The top, gaskets and top filter are easily interchangeable with the Bialetti 6 cup stovetop model, so parts are cheap and easy to come by without having to work with DeLonghi Features The Alicia is very easy to use and offers the following functionality: Filter Adapter Choose to brew 3 or 6 cups of espresso.
