Milk steaming Instructions: Start with cold milk (34 degrees) that should line up with the green snow flake marking on the dial. Steam milk until temperature registers in the green (150 degree to 170 degree) region for best results. This will prevent steamed milk from being either chalky (not hot enough) or scalded (too hot).
