Espro Toroid 20 oz. Frothing Pitcher

With it's pear shaped curves, the 20 oz. Espro Toroid Frothing Pitcher will give you that microfoam you've always wanted. It's wide bottom gives your milk enough circulation to create that whirlpool motion that gives you that perfect frothy goodness.

How it Works
  1. Fill with 6 to 10 oz. of chilled milk
  2. Steam milk so that the milk-flow forms the toroid shape shown. Different positions of the steam wand allow predictable variations in texture of yoru microfoam
  3. Continue steaming until the milk reaches your preferred final temperature, usually 130 to 150 degrees F.
  4. Pour and serve
