Our old espresso machine was fading... |

...so we explored several machines to replace it. The Gaggia Baby Class fit into our budget, while providing a very satisfying latte or espresso. It's so easy to use, too! Our old machine could only pull one shot at a time, so for both my husband and me to enjoy our beverages at the same time rarely occurred. Not any more. This machine is also much easier to clean, always a plus! I also think the steamer is easier to use and clean and makes a much frothier milk foam. We can enjoy our espresso drinks more often now that we have our Gaggia Baby Class.

I have never used any other machine, so I don't have any basis for comparison. For some reason, there are always grounds on the internal part of the machine where the hot water comes out, which if not carefully cleaned after each brew session, gives the next brew a burnt taste. I don't remember any guidance regarding this problem in the operating instructions. I have dealt with it by carefully cleaning up in that area before and after each brew session and that seems to solve the problem.
