The dedicated steam boiler means that you will never again need to wait for your machine to heat up in order to steam your milk. Never before has a dual boiler been this accessible to home espresso lovers! The Baby Twin carries the Gaggia torch with their standard brass, professional-style portafilter, three-way solenoid valve and Turbo Frothing attachment.
The Baby Twin introduced a new touch ring control panel with green, backlit buttons. Two programmable brew buttons help make your family's morning coffee routine a snap! Incorporating extra doses of stainless steel into this model, the Twin sports a stainless steel drip tray, steam wand, Turbo Frothing attachment, not to mention the brushed stainless case!

Program each beverage to your preferences and press the brew button to brew. Your settings will be recorded for your next drink.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user
manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your
cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Soap out water tank and drip tray every few days

- Commercial Quality Espresso - Gaggia
espresso is true Italian espresso. Thick with crema, black as night,
more flavor per ounce then any other home machine. All Gaggia brewing
components are specifically manufactured to ensure top quality
espresso. This includes the heavy duty portafilter handle that weighs
in at one pound of chrome plated brass. It matches up to a true
commercial brew group also forged of chrome plated brass. The benefit
to using such heavy duty material is temperature stability and
unmatched durability.
- Turbo Frother Wand - The
Gaggia Baby Twin has a stainless steel Turbo Frother attachment on the
steam wand that makes steaming and frothing milk easy. Similar to a
Pannarello attachment, the Turbo Frother helps to evenly distribute
steam throughout your pitcher. Plus, the steam wand on the Baby Twin is
mounted on a ball joint for a wide range of movement.
- Touch Ring Control Panel -The
Gaggia Baby Twin features a touch ring control panel with green backlit
buttons. From left to right, they are small and large programmable
brewing buttons, hot water, a steam supply light, manual
dispensing/programming, and at the bottom of the ring is the
temperature indicator light that will let you know when the Baby Twin
is ready to brew or steam.
- Hot Water - Add
hot water to your espresso and create an Americano as an alternative to
drip coffee. The robust flavor of espresso is captured without the
intensity, making a far more satisfying experience then you could ever
hope to accomplish with a drip machine.
- Commercial Quality Components -The
Gaggia Baby Twin has a double boiler and the added feature of a 3-way
solenoid valve to relieve the pressure from the brewing process. It
diverts the pressure and the excess water in the portafilter to the
drip tray eliminating the soupy leftover coffee grounds and instead
yielding a solid puck that can be removed with one knock into your knockbox.
