 The la Valentina machine by Grimac Royal Falcon is one of the best known and highly rated prosumer espresso machines on the market. The Valentina has a large heat exchanger boiler that enables you to brew and steam at the same time.
The automatic version of la Valentina features simple programmable buttons to make your barista work a snap. The electronic touchpad enables you to easily set the amount of water per shot, select from two single and two double shot buttons, dispense hot water for an americano or tea beverage.
The Valentina machines are hand made in Italys stainless steel valley and feature a stainless steel case and nickel plated brass boiler and all nickel plated copper tubing. The Valentina features a full stainless steel body with brushed rear and a polished face to give the machine a heavy duty look for commercial use as well as an elegant look for your home kitchen or coffee bar.
The Valentina features adjustable feet to bring the machine up to 17.75 inches (the adjustable feet are necessary for compliance with some commercial health codes). The feet can be removed in a home setting to reduce height level to just over 15"
