...we couldn't control our excitement. We had it out of the box and espresso beans in the machine ready to go in minutes. Ever since, we've been enjoying high quality coffee with the touch of a button. Set up is a breeze. Ongoing cleaning is easy and straightforward. It's completely turned our morning (and now afternoon and early evening) around.

We had researched the espresso maker online... |

...however, we really wanted to come into a store to see it and try it out before we purchased it. It was great to find that Seattle Coffee Gear had one on display and was open late. We were able to go in, test it out and get good advice from the staff. Seattle Coffee Gear offered the same discounts that we would have received online, so we went ahead and purchased it through the store. It was great to be able to take it home with us the day we decided to buy it (rather than waiting for an on-line shipment). The product itself has been nothing but stellar. We haven't had any issues with it so far - we've owned it for appx. 7 months and use it 1-2x a day. Although it took us a while to commit to making the investment, this was one of the best purchases we've made.

Like most features of the machine |

Makes good coffee relatively simply. I like the bypass but do't know if this feature outweighs some of the immediate downsides. Small footprint means smaller coffee ground, drip, coffee and water bins so needs to be emptied and refilled more often than our Solis. the steam nosal shoots off frequently when steaming and this makes a big mess. The added 4 parts that need to be disassembled and washed and soaked after every use is a pain and even with doing this, the nasal still doesn't always work properly. Adds more steps each time we make a latte. We are hoping there is a clear advantage in the long term with the machine not needing annual service after years of use.
