...but in this case I WANT to make an exception! The Jura ENA-5 that I purchased from Seattle Coffee Gear is a joy to use! My wife and I find ourselves drinking way more coffee than we have in the past. I'm not sure if that's good, or bad, but that's the way it is. The coffee/espresso brewed by the Jura is silky and smooth with beautiful crema. The machine itself has functioned flawlessly thus far. It was relatively easy to setup, it looks great, and takes up very little counter space, which is an important consideration in our small kitchen. We ordered the machine through Seattle Coffee Gear's website, and it was sitting in our kitchen brewing its first espresso 3 days later. No hassles. Thanks Jura and Seattle Coffee Gear!

...easy to use, nice design, not too big. Like the auto rinse when turning on and off and machine tells everything users need to do (refill water tank, empty grinds, ..). Can t do anything wrong with it and I expect to use the machine for many years to come. I am not using the frother, but I tried it one time and did not think it works so great. I find it easier to get a good froth with microwaved milk and one of those "drills" they sell to make good milk foam.
