Krups Espresseria Full Automatic Espresso EA82 Series

With an upgraded look and new features, Krups has taken their super-automatic espresso machines to another level with a series of functions that will make espresso making a snap for even the novice barista.
This sleek, black superautomatic provides programability with an easy to read LCD display screen for easy set-up and beverage selection and options (i.e. coffee strength, size and type)
With a compact thermoblock, it integrates pressure, heating and brewing into a single, seamless function. The monoblock unit's patented brewing chamber is engineered for excellent heat transfer and a single thermostat that will deliver constant heat with every cup.
The Espresseria holds 1.8 lites of water, 275 grams of beans and holds about 14 espresso pucks.

Pros
- Easy Maintenance - After each brewing cycle, excess water is emptied into the drip tray to guarantee better temperature control and ideal shots. Automatic rinsing, cleaning and descaling programs will leave you hands free of any other cleaning duties.

Cons
- No Oily Beans - Oily beans really gunk up
superautomatic grinders, and the Talea Touch Plus is no exception. Try
to stick to a medium roast for best results

How it Works
- Fill the water tank with fresh cold water and turn the machine on.
- Fill bean container with your choice of whole beans
- Choose your drink settings, size, amount of coffee, type
- Place a cup underneath brew head
- Press the "OK" button to validate the coffee preparations and programming
- Watch as the Espresseria produces your desired drink

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal. Read: How to Descale an Espresso Machine
- Soap out water tank and drip trays every few days
- Clean and rinse the milk pitcher in soapy water between fillings
- Remove the brew group and spray it down with hot water (no soap!)
about once per week. Alternatively, the Xelsis can automatically clean
the brew group using the included cleaning tablets (Cafiza Home).
- Wipe the brushed stainless casing with a damp rag or sponge. Casing
can be cleaned periodically with stainless steel cleaner/polish.
