The Pro Grinder-Brewer offers automatic functionality to match up your grinds with the the number of cups and strength of your choice; five levels of grind and three settings of coffee strength; a clock with programmable timer; servings from 2 to 10 cups; and won't leave you with a mess when you pull out your carafe to pour that cup since it has a pause and serve feature.

Pros
- Steam-Free - You won't have to worry about steam clogging the coffee channel and grinder with this machine's automatic function.
- Made For You - No matter what amount of coffee your brewing, this machine won't jeopardize the quality, strength and richness of each cup. Even with the smaller amounts - 2 to 4 cups - this machine will make sure to steep smaller coffee quanities longer to guarantee the strength you like.

Cons
- Too Low Joe - Unfortunately the placement of this machines display will have you bending over a little more than you expect to be able to read what functions your machine is performing.
- Where's The Metal? - Black and plastic all over, the downside to this machine is it's fully plastic build. We'd like to see a little more metal to help heat up and maintain the ideal temperature for that great cup o' joe.

How it Works
- Add beans to the grinder.
- Check the grinder setting, start with the coarse setting and adjust to match the beans and your preferred taste.
- Swivel the filter out. Insert #4 paper filter or permanent filter into the brew basket. Push the swivel filter holder back into place.
- Fill the Tank Cups are measured as 5 oz. each.
- Set number of cups to match the water in teh tank using the "Cups" button. Note: Aroma Function-For small batches of 2-4 cups use the aroma fuction. Small amounts of water and coffee tend to brew too quickly for proper extraction of flavor. The aroma function heats and dispenses water in timed intervals to extend the cycle to its ideal duration.
- Set the desired strength setting using the "Strength" button. Start wiht medium strength and adjust subsequent cycles to match the beans and your preferred taste. Mild, medium and strong brew cycles are indicated on the display with the symbols.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Clean the brew gasket with a cleaning brush daily
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days
