- Temperamental - Users report this espresso machine can be a bit on the temperamental side, requiring a high level of maintenance and care
- Slow to Warm Up - If you're in a rush, it takes more time than perhaps you'd like to get up to steaming temperature; the manufacturer says 5 minutes, but we've heard reports of up to 15 minutes
- Con - Some users say they have issues around getting great foamed milk every time; we've noticed that the steam wand is a little difficult to negotiate, but that it might be easier to use with time

How it Works
You control every component of the shot and even function as the pump! Lift the lever to load the steam pressure and water for extraction, then slowly lower it to pull your shot.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Wash all removable components with soap & water on a regular basis (many are not dishwasher safe).
- Clean steam wand with damp rag immediately after use.
- Clean brewhead with group head brush weekly.
