Description   The Mini Vivaldi II is the tank version of the original The Vivaldi II by La Spaziale. This is an excellent two boiler design with a very compact footprint perfect for home or office/cafe. The Mini Vivaldi II is available in a 15 AMP or 20 AMP version and can be ordered in black or red. The Mini Vivaldi II includes... Dual Manometer to help monitor boiler and pump output pressure. The Mini is equipped with the NEW .9 mm four hole steam tip to produce excellent micro foam fast and easy even with small quantities of milk. Optional 7-day timer available to allow the machine come on and go off at different times on different days. The Mini Vivaldi II activates the heater with the detection of a temperature drop of just one half degree Celsius. Simply put, it makes the temperature accuracy that much more precise in the group boiler and enhances the steam boilers performance. Updated temperature sensing probe submerged directly into brewing boiler. This probe has proven to be more reliable than the previous style and has a quicker reaction time. The Mini Vivaldi II displays in 1 degree increments, from 91 to 97 degrees Celsius: 91C = 195.8F, 92C = 197.6F, 93C = 199.4F, 94C = 201.2F, 95C = 203.0F, 96C = 204.8F, 97C = 206.6F New Optional Pre-Infusion Chamber: Pre-infusion dampens the coffee puck for up to 6 second prior to starting the extraction. This option is typically found on higher end commercial espresso machines and assists in producing a better more even and developed extraction of espresso. best milk steamer & 2 boilers, love it! May 13, 2008 Reviewer: Tad Broswer from Everett, WA United States   I stopped into Seattle Coffee Gear to look at the Quickmill and Pasquini espresso machines. When I was there they had just received the Mini Vivaldi II from Chris' Coffee and were setting it up. I was particularly looking for a machine that could produce really excellent micro foam. This machine has the dry-est steam of all the machines i tried. I was able to get really good foam on my first try. I couldn't even come close on the Livia 90. I ended up taking home the Mini Vivaldi II and love it. I was really impressed by the folks at Seattle Coffee Gear and am really excited that they can do any service locally.
