Lavazza Italian Coffee Beans
Italy's #1 espresso coffee roasting company, Lavazza, is taking the U.S. by storm. Lavazza begins by selecting the best coffee beans that the world has to offer, and then roasts to perfection. It's their roast, which is much lighter than then flavor you may be accustom to from Starbucks, that allows for more of flavor of the bean and less of the bitterness to shine through. Because these beans are not oily on the outside, they work exceptionally well in superautomatic espresso machines and will not cause the level of clogging that oilier beans do.
Our most popular Lavazza roast is Super Crema (whole bean) or Lavazza Bar in espresso ground form, our customers rave about the smooth and creamy - but bold - flavor. Gold Selection is the most flavorful, while Pienaroma is the choice of espresso shot drinkers. Top Class is a slightly darker roast and is great for lattes and milk drinks. Lavazza Grand and In Blue (espresso ground form) are just spectacular with a creamy flavor and bold edge.

Over 100 years ago, Luigi Lavazza created the concept of blend. A fundamental part of making a quality beverage, the finest blends come from a mixture of different coffee varieties. Blends made exclusively with arabica coffee beans are sweeter and more fragrant, while blends of arabica coffee beans and robusta coffee beans have a more full-bodied and intense flavor. The various coffees from Brazil and Central America allow Lavazza to create a wide range of blends with different flavors and aromas. For instance, full, chocolaty flavors from Brazilian beans, or fragrant, delicate, mildly acidic and washed arabica beans from Central America are used.
