- Professional -The K30 Vario is capable of any espresso grind setting you could ever dream of, with nothing short of consistent, professional grinds falling into your portafilter basket
- From The Future - This grinder is as much of a personal computer as it is an espresso grinder, with programming, an illuminated display and digital timers all included features
- Precise - This grinder takes a lot of the variables out of grinding espresso, both with quantity, texture and quality of grind

- Expensive - The price tag on this one is considerably higher than other grinders, so it's not for the budget conscious
- Heavy - The K30 Vario is quite a bit heavier than even some small espresso machines, making it harder to easily move around if need be

How it Works
The Mahlkonig K30 Vario Grinder is one of the smartest grinders we have seen yet, with programming, electronically controlled digital timers and rapid production. All that to say, it is not even that difficult to operate, with a simple power switch being activated when you push your portafilter into place.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Clean out the bean hopper every week or so to remove any potential oils that may have built up over time
- We recommend using Grindz every couple of weeks, depending on frequency of use.
