The Robur for Mazzer is what you can call a heavy duty commercial machine that will get the job done. With the capability to hold and grind up to 4 pounds of beans in it's hopper, there's no need to worry about this machine overheating or your beans getting toasty, as it's 71mm conical burrs and internal fan will ensure cool and uniform coffee grinds every time. Made of stainless steel, this machine is also provided by a stepless adjustment control, which allows for on the fly adjustment of the grind, and a digital display with shot counter. This is the mother of all machines and will fill all your needs on a busy or mediocre day in your cafe.

- Huge Blades - The giant burr blades ensure that it can handle the large quantities of beans it holds
- The Big Hopper - Super-large hopper holds 4 pounds - that's a lot of beans!
- Cooling System - With all the work this machine is capable of doing, it's internal fan will keep it cool, calm and collected, making sure the motor and your beans don't get too toasty.

Cons
- Huge - With large quantities and output comes a huge footprint. This is not a machine that can tuck under a counter - it demands recognition!
- Pricey - Unless you plan on regularly grinding the large quantity this grinder can process, you may want to look into a smaller, less robust machine

How it Works
Fill the bean hopper and switch the power to the "On" position. Open the shutter to allow the beans to flow through, and adjust the grind setting using the grind lever. Dispense grounds into the portafilter, and tamp down with the attached tamper.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your grinder's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Clean burrs on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, either with a cleaning brush or a burr grinder-specific cleaning product, such as Grindz
- Remove and hand wash bean hopper and lid with warm soap and water as needed
