very happy May 3, 2009 Reviewer: Betsy from Annapolis , MD United States   Easy to set up and use.  (Note: power cord is hidden in the coffee grounds drawer when you unpack it).  Saeco provides a quick start guide or dvd.  Made coffee within 30 minutes of unpacking. Clear display. Machine prompts (fill water, empty grounds, etc. ) Recommend going to store and seeing several machines demo'd.  The reasons I bought this machine- 1) fully automatic. I don't want to be a barista! 2) Saeco's excellent reputation. Others(Jura) have had repair issues. 3) adjustable shelf allows a variety of different size coffee cups.  A must if you like coffee "to go" in tall roadie mug.  This is a unique feature and key to buying decision. 3) milk island.  I like laits so for me this was a must.  Still bought additional milk pitcher.  Again the adjustable shelf permits a small pitcher to rest on it so you don't have to stand there and hold it. 4) burr coffee grinder integrated, so I can buy whole beans.  I didn't want to be married to those cartridge vendors. Works well October 24, 2008 Reviewer: Peter C. from Vancouver, British Columbia Canada   I like the features that it has on it. good coffee milk get very hot i like that. the only reason we are having problem with it is the milk island that came with it. when it worked for a month it was great dint have to stand there and froth the milk it did it by it self we are having problems with it. it doesn't froth very well.
