Pros

Milk Island - This optional frothing attachment stands up well against manual frothing and is relatively easy to clean.
Electric Drip Tray - Lightly pushing up or down on the drip tray button adjusts the tray height electronically!
Bi-Pass Doser - Bypass the grinder with pre-ground coffee to enjoy a cup of decaf in the evenings or a special blend.

Cons

Oil-Free- Like most superautomatics, the grinder is not oily bean friendly. Try a medium espresso roast for optimum results.

How it Works
Each time you brew, you'll set the shot volume, dosing and pressure uniquely so you can easily tweak your shot to your preferences.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:

Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
Soap out water tank and drip tray every few days
Remove the brew group and spray it down with hot water (no soap!) about once per week

Touch Screen Interface - This easy to use and time-tested touch screen keeps your preferred drinks and settings intact, making consecutive drinks a cinch.

Saeco Brewing System - SBS for short - Adjust the intensity of your coffee from Americano to ristretto with a turn of the SBS dial.

Ceramic Grinder - The new ceramic grinder provides a more consistent grind, and giving you more control over the density and body of your coffee. Thanks to its sturdy build, the ceramic coffee grinder will quietly grind to the same consistency and high standards for a longer period of time.

Saeco's Rapid Steam System - Rapid Steam technology reduces the normal waiting time between coffee brewing and steam output to just a few seconds, so you can froth milk to make cappuccinos, lattes, and macchiato coffee at the simple turn of the steam knob.

Milk Island - Unique to the Talea line and attaches to the base of the machine, the optional Milk Island froths the milk with no mess or hassle. Combine with your shot of espresso for a tasty treat!

Pannarello Frother - The Pannarello frothing device makes it easier to froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes. It also dispenses hot water for making hot drinks and soups, and is completely removable for easy cleaning.

Aqua Prima Water Filtration - The Aqua Prima water filter was developed to remove impurities from your water that alter the taste of your coffee and, over time, calcify onto your boiler.

Included Accessories

The Saeco Talea Touch comes with a user manual and a variety of helpful tools, such as a water hardness tester, lubricant for the brew group, cleaning brush and cleaning detergent.
