I would never buy this machine again June 7, 2009 Reviewer: Michele Groth from Folsom, CA United States   I gave this machine to my husband for Christmas.  By Feb. it stopped working.  The only option I was given was to ship it back to New York (at $80+ - my expense). GREAT machine November 9, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from MT   I read up on and looked into nearly every brand of the superautomatic machines in the $700-900 range but finally decided on this one. I am very impressed so far. It makes great coffee and even better espresso and lattes. The frother works well.  It is sturdy and very nice looking. The only downfall I have found this far is that it doesnt tell you exactly what is wrong (more beans, more water, etc), it just blinks red either fast or slow and you look into the possible wrongs from there. Otherwise, i am VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend this machine to everyone, especially for the price. Also, shipping was fast and the machine came well packed.
