The Nuova Simonelli Musica is a beautifully designed stainless steel machine with professional functionality combined with an easy-to-use button interface. This heat exchanger unit brews consistent espresso shots every time with a programmed pre-infusion system to ensure a full extraction from your grind. The steam wand on this machine is one of the best we've ever seen with an easy to use lever that opens up a high pressure steam flow, ensuring you can master both lattes and cappuccinos. While the Nuova Simonelli Musica already looks great on any counter top, if you want just a little bit more "pizzaz" you can upgrade to the "Lux" version of the machine, which has LED lights running around the frame of the machine.

- Beautiful Construction - The Musica is almost a full stainless steel body which will look amazing on any counter top
- Consistent Espresso - Once you tweak the machine to your liking, it will make drinks just how you want them every time with little to no deviance from the settings you have chosen
- Amazing Steam - This machine will have your milk hot and frothed in no time. The actual knob to turn the steam wand on is one of our new favorites as well, with just a simple slide up and down opening up the valve.

- Space Hog - Very little to do with performance, the size of this machine is quite a bit larger, meaning size restrictions must be taken into consideration in your kitchen.
- Pricey - While the Musica spares no expense for quality, it does come with a hefty price tag

How it Works
The Nuova Simonelli Musica utilizes heat exchanger functionality, giving you professional capabilities with being able to brew and steam at the same time. To ensure the highest quality, it is important that you are using a high quality burr grinder with a consistent setting for espresso. After that, apply 30 pounds of pressure with your tamper (58mm). Place the portafilter into the brewhead and pull it snug. Push the brew button and watch the crema form!

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. Download the user manual here. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days
- Backflush the brewhead every couple weeks to ensure the best tasting espresso
- We recommend descaling your machine once every 2-4 months, depending on the hardness of your water supply. We recommend using Dezcal.
