The Alexia by Quick Mill has many of the great high quality features found on the Anita and Andreja Premium models but with a single boiler design to keep it affordable. The Quick Mill Alexia is a lever espresso machine that heats up quickly for brewing and steaming. It has a beautiful polished stainless steel case and excellent features like upgraded steam wand and high limit breaker with reset in case of boiler overheating.
Housing Construction
The Alexia has a heavy duty polished stainless steel housing with removable cup
warmer. It has a large stainless steel drip tray and grate.
Commercial Grade Boiler
The .75 liter boiler heats quickly to brewing and steaming temperatures.
Heavy Duty Commercial Brass Portafilters
The Quick Mill Alexia comes with both single and double portafilters for convenient brewing. The portafilters are commercially designed and made of heavy chrome-plated brass for excellent temperature stability.
E61 Commercial Brewing Group
The Quick Mill Alexia has a tried and true E61 Brewing group for excellent brewing and temperature stability. It has a thermal siphon design which provides excellent thermal stability to the brew group during periods of inactivity. The Alexia has a low water cutoff that cuts power to the boiler but not the pump (in case you are in the middle of pulling a shot it will allow you to complete).
Lever Control with 3-Way Valve
The Alexia incorporates a simple Lever brewing design. Pull the lever up for brewing and then back down to relieve pressure from the portafilter. The pressure relief will allow a dry puck that can be easily tamped out of the portafilter so it can be readied for the next shot.
Pressure Gauge
The Quick Mill Alexia includes a boiler pressure gauge with an access port for easy calibration.
