The Andreja Premium by Quickmill is one of the best prosumer espresso machine models on the market. The Andreja Premium is a lever espresso machine with a large heat exchanger boiler for brewing and steaming at the same time. It has a beautiful polished stainless steel case and excellent features like upgraded steam and hot water valves for precise control.
Housing Construction
The Andreja Premium has a heavy duty polished stainless steel housing with removable cup
warmer. It has a large stainless steel drip tray and grate.
Commercial Grade Heat Exchanger Boiler System
The large 1.6-liter copper boiler takes about 10 minutes to heat up and allows you to brew and steam at the same time. It has a high-quality vacuum breaker that allows you to put machine on timer with no vapor lock and once it is up to temperature it can
brew continuously all day long. The boiler includes a resettable high-limit breaker.
Heavy Duty Commercial Brass Portafilters
The Andreja Premium comes with both single and double portafilters for convenient brewing. The portafilters are commercially designed and made of heavy chrome-plated brass for excellent for temperature stability. The Andreja comes with single and double filter baskets along with a blind basket for backflushing.
E61 Commercial Brewing Group
The Andreja Premium has a tried and true E61 Brewing group for excellent brewing and temperature stability. It has a thermal siphon design which provides excellent thermal stability to the brew group during periods of inactivity. The Andreja Premium has a low water cutoff that cuts power to the boiler but not the pump (in case you are in the middle of pulling a shot, it will allow you to complete).
Lever Control with 3-Way Valve
The Andreja incorporates a simple Lever brewing design. Pull the lever up for brewing and then back down to relieve pressure from the portafilter. The pressure relief will allows a dry puck that can be easily tamped out of the portafilter so it can be readied for the next shot.
2 Pressure Gauges for Boiler and Pump
The Andreja Premium includes two separate pressure gauges with an access port for easy calibration. One pressure gauge shows boiler pressure and the other shows pump pressure.
