Rocket Cellini Premium Plus an awsome machine |

I bought the Rocket Espresso Cellini Premium Plus after having an Ascaso Steel Uno which is a good machine for the price. The Rocket Cellini it three times the price but worth every penny for the following reasons. The heat exchange boiler allows you to brew and steam at the same time and the steam wand articulates to the perfect angles to make great and lots of micro foam with plenty of steam to spare. The E-61 brew group is more forgiving in my opinion and produces the perfect shot. The hot water feature is awesome for Americanos, hot chocolate or even preheating a cup for coffee drinks, and like the steam system has plenty of power and hot water volume. The polished stainless steel is super easy to keep clean between uses with just a towel to wipe it down. What I like most is the ability to make two double shots, steam milk at the same time and walk away in 5 minutes with a great cappuccino, and a clean work area. This machine is worth every penny and built to last.

...great microfoam, has steam to keep drinks coming without pause. I can make four double shot coffee-milk drinks in a row, no problem. Being a newbie, I learned the spectrum of home baristas ranges from the most intense, to whom espresso-making is an endless science project, to those for whom it's relatively easy once you get used to a few procedures. Seattle Coffee Gear portrays coffee making as being fairly easy: they say with a Cellini, run the brewhead for four or five seconds before you pull a shot and that's that. I find myself in the middle of the barista range, not about to go out and buy a Scace Device but still curious as to approximately what the temperature is at the brewhead when a shot is pulled and why some shots taste a lot better than others. In short, the machine works fine for me: we haven't bought a cafe drink in months!! I recommend it to anyone but the most scientific baristas.

...and liked it very much. But after using this machine for a month we have gone to a whole new level of enjoyment. We quickly learned to use the Cellini and consistently make great micro foam and pull consistent shots. The You Tube videos from Seattle Coffee Gear were very helpful. Visually the Cellini is BEAUTIFUL. We can't get over how nice it looks in the kitchen. It is easy to clean and easy to maintain.
