The Saeco Incanto Deluxe is one of the latest in a long line of very popular fully automatic espresso and coffee centers. Featuring a durable steel case and a classic mix of Saeco's most reliable and time-tested components, the Incanto Deluxe fares well against all competition. Outfitted with a stainless steel boiler with Rapid Steam, you can prepare drinks in quick succession without downtime. Two programmable beverage buttons store the specs of and recreate your favorite drink. The bipass doser, a valuable and often overlooked feature, allows you to use your pre-ground decaf for the evenings or while entertaining.

How it Works
Each time you brew, you'll set the shot volume, dosing and pressure uniquely so you can easily tweak your shot to your preferences.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days
- Remove the brew group and spray it down with hot water (no soap!) about once per week

Components & Functionality
- Controls: The Saeco Incanto Deluxe features common sense controls. Choose the volume of coffeeits strength, and let the machine do the rest. Adjust the ground coffee from 6-9grams to change the strength of the coffee.
- Saeco Brewing System (SBS): Turn the knob to adjust the intensity of your drink, from Americano to ristretto.
- Programming: Press the brew button once for a single espresso or coffee. Pushing the brew button twice quickly will put a double shot of espresso or coffee in your cup.
- Hot Water Dispenser and Rapid-SteamŪTechnology Steam Wand: Text.
- Bi-Pass Doser: Turn the steam knob and have instant steam you want for cappuccinos or lattes. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the press of a button.
- Conical Burr Grinder: The Incanto's conical burr grinders are made up of a cone shaped grinding wheel that turns slow enough not to burn the coffee beans, a problem with low cost grinders. This durable construction is consistent with top quality machines and little or no maintenance or service is needed.
- A Built-in 68 Ounce Water Tank: The water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it and filling it at the kitchen tap.
- Stainless Steel Boiler: A durable 1200 watt stainless steel boiler provides for continuous use or a lot of servings over a short time period.
- Operational Lights and Indicators: The machine uses a system of lights and indicators to help you monitor the brewing process and signal when the machine needs to be re-supplied with water or coffee beans and when it needs to be cleaned.
