 The new Saeco Incanto Deluxe is one of the latest in a long line of very popular fully automatic espresso and coffee centers. Incanto innovative features include: a stainless steel boiler, all new design, and the Saeco Brewing System (SBS) that allows you to fine-tune the flavor. In addition, you can enjoy the Saeco Rapid-Steam®Technology for fast preparation of lattes, mochas, and cappuccino.
Controls
The Saeco Incanto Deluxe features common sense controls. Choose the volume of coffee or espresso (cup size), its strength (amount of ground coffee used), and let the machine do the rest. Perfect espresso, every time topped with golden crema (gold foam on top of the espresso or coffee) and filling your senses with the rich warm aroma of truly fine coffee, all in 30 seconds. Adjust it from 6 grams (- sign) to 9 grams (+ sign) to change the strength of the coffee. 7 grams of ground coffee is the usual amount for espresso, 9 grams is used for coffee.
An absolutely revolutionary innovation. SBS – Saeco Brewing System – Saeco's new patented international exclusive, is the avant-garde technology which has changed the world of coffee machines. This ingenious system allows you to make an infinite variety of coffee drinks from just one automatic machine and at the mere twist of a knob. Whether it is an intense Italian ristretto (turn the knob to the right) or an American-style long coffee (turn the knob to the left) SBS satisfies all tastes giving a full flavor and a truly unique creamy finish.
Programming
Press the brew button once for a single espresso or coffee. Pushing the brew button twice quickly will put a double shot of espresso or coffee in your cup.
Utilize the enormous flexibility of the this machine’s programming options by varying the water volume up to 7 ounces and the ability to use up to 9 grams of ground coffee per brewing cycle. By experimenting with the water volume and grams of ground coffee you can fine-tune your coffee and easily program these parameters into the memory.
Hot Water Dispenser & Rapid-Steam®Technology Steam Wand
Water needs to be hot to brew espresso coffee, and really hot to turn into steam. That means that some systems can have you waiting up to 45 seconds for the steam function. But not with Saeco's Rapid-Steam® system! Turn the steam knob and have instant steam you want for cappuccinos or lattes. The special milk frothing tip delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 32 oz. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the press of a button.
Bi-Pass Doser
A special Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel allows you to use ground coffee into the special pre-ground coffee funnel, which
bypasses the coffee beans in the bean hopper. The ground coffee goes into the funnel and the machine takes care of the rest. When it’s finished, it automatically resets back to the beans held in the machine. This feature makes the Incanto
a great choice for home or office where lots of choice is desirable as well as convenience. A Pre-infusion Brew System Cycle means that you to get maximum flavor from the brewing process. This advanced system takes the newly ground
coffee beans from the internal coffee grinder and correctly tamps the coffee. Next comes “pre-infusion”. The grounds are pre-soaked and then brewed before being discarded automatically into the internal dump box. The machine then
resets itself for the next brewing cycle.
Conical Burr Grinder
The Incanto's conical burr grinders are made up of a cone shaped grinding wheel that turns slow enough not to burn the coffee beans, (a problem with low cost grinders). The heavy-duty steel of the grinding wheel promotes a life of long service and that’s strong enough to resist damage from the little stones that sometimes slip in with the beans. This durable construction is consistent with top quality machines and little or no maintenance or service is needed.
A Built-in 68 Ounce Water Tank
The water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. The reservoir is made of clear ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze.
Powerful Powerful Pump
The Incanto pump delivers a maximum pressure of 15 bars. The on board water pump pulls the maximum flavor from the coffee beans.
Coffee Bean Storage Hopper & Internal Waste Box
Keeping 1/4 pounds of beans fresh and ready for grinding is the built in, lidded coffee bean hopper. After each brew, the Incanto will dispose of the spent coffee portion, holding up to 15 portions in its "dump box".
Stainless Steel Boiler
A Stainless Steel Heating System is one of the reasons the Incanto is great for anything from small commercial settings to home or office use. It's its durable 1200 watt stainless steel boiler provides for continuous use or a lot of servings over a short time period.
For large cups
An Adjustable Beverage Dispensing Nozzle & Cup Stacking Surface. This nozzle moves up or down to accept cup sizes up to 3.5” inches high and can be moved aside during the brewing process. There is also cup-stacking surface so you can keep your favorite espresso cups close by.
Operational Lights and Indicators
The machine uses a system of lights and indicators to help you monitor the brewing process and signal when the machine needs to be re-supplied with water or coffee beans and when it needs to be cleaned.
Swivel Base
Getting into your espresso machine for cleaning and maintenance is important for the long life of your machine. The swivel base makes it easy to access all sides of your machine.
