Satisfied October 25, 2008 Reviewer: Claudia H. from Auburn, WA United States   We love our machine, but it can be a little cranky. It is often tricky to get the brew group door closed so the green light will come on. The frothing when we steam is inconsistent - sometimes very frothy and sometimes barely any foam at all.
