Milk Island - This handy frothing attachment stands up well against manual frothing and is relatively easy to clean.
Smart Design - In addition to a swivel base, both the water and brewing components are easily accessible from the side doors.

Cons

Turnstyle controls - The iPod-styled interface on this model may not be for everyone.
Oil-Free- Like most superautomatics, the grinder is not oily bean friendly. Try a medium espresso roast for optimum results.

How it Works
Each time you brew, you'll set the shot volume, dosing and pressure uniquely so you can easily tweak your shot to your preferences.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:

Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
Soap out water tank and drip tray every few days
Remove the brew group and spray it down with hot water (no soap!) about once per week

Components & Functionality

Ceramic Conical Burr Grinder - First introduced on Saeco's Incanto line, the ceramic grinder is both quiet and long-lasting and boasts 6 different grind settings to match your taste.

Bipass Doser - Use pre-ground decaf coffee or sample a new espresso blend without emptying out the beans. Perfect for entertaining.

Electronic Drip Tray - Raises and lowers electronically with the gentle touch of a finger, allowing for larger cup sizes.

Turnstlye Interface - With a nod to the iPod control panel, the Talea Ring interfaces with the user through the turnstyle. Set beverage volume, temperature, strength and more in the programming menu.

Saeco Talea "Milk Island" (optional) - Attach the milk island attachment to the underside of your Talea, fill the glass pitcher with milk and press the button. In a minute, you will have hot, frothed or steamed milk ready to pour out into your cappuccino or latte!

Included Accessories

The Saeco Talea Ring Plus comes with a user manual and a variety of helpful tools, such as a water hardness tester, lubricant for the brew group, cleaning brush and cleaning detergent.
