How it Works

Set the switch on the underside of the scale to the units you genereally prefer to use
If using bowl, place bowl on scale before switching on
Press and release ON/ZERO button, wait until display show 0
When first switched on, the scale wi ll display solid measures (g or oz). Press the ML/FLOZ button to switch to measure liquid measures (ml or fl.oz). To retun to solid measures press theKG/LB button. When weighing solids, press the KG/LB button to convert between kilgrams/grams and pounds/ounces. When measuring liquids, press the ML/FLOZ button to convert between mililitres and fluid ounces. They symbols on teh display alwasy show the curren units of measurement.
To weigh several different ingredients in one bowl, press ON/ZERO to reset the display between ingredients
Auto switch-off occurs if display shows 0 for 1 minute of shows the same weight, reading for 3 minutes.
To maximize battery life press the OFF button
