With a trim footprint and architectural design elements, the Palazzo Espresso Machine from Swiss-based Solis takes the high-quality superautomatic craftsmanship they are known for to the next level of excellence. Though this elegant machine includes all the hallmark features of a great push-button espresso machine - such as an integrated burr grinder, dosing bypass, and programming - it's the little extras that set it above its peers. Simple touches like a heated warming tray for cups, an option to use pre-ground coffee instead of grinding whole beans and adjustable steaming nozzle (for those of us who need a bit more cream than coffee in our extra-large mugs) make a great cup of coffee excellent, each and every time you brew.

- No Oil, Please - Like most superautomatics, the grinder is not oily bean friendly

How it Works
With a full hopper of beans and water tank, use the two buttons on the top of the machine to set your drink type, strength, and size. Milk can be frothed using the wand for cappuccinos or lattes.

Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2 - 3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Clean the brew gasket with a cleaning brush daily
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days

- It All Starts With a Grind: The professional-grade conical burr grinder automatically grinds beans after you preset it for your ideal coarseness. The manual rotary knobs allow precise control of 18 different fineness settings, and the system is designed to be as quiet as possible. Not into grinding your own? The Palazzo features a bypass funnel so you can use your local grocery store or coffeeshop grind.
- Non-Stop Action: With a 2-quart removable water tank and pre-infusion brew system, this machine is designed to churn out cup after cup of delicious coffee. The removable grind hopper holds up to 20 portions of spent grounds.
- Make it Hot: The steaming hot 1250-watt boiler heats the water for your drinks and delivers it to the grinds with the help of the heavy-duty, 15-bar pump. This system applies just the right amount of pressure to extract maximum flavor and aroma from your coffee.
- Foam Party: Delicious and creamy foam are the hallmarks of famous coffee drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, so why not indulge? In a mere 10 seconds from the twist of the steam knob, you can froth, steam, or simply use the nozzle as a hot water delivery system for non-coffee drinks.
- Push My Buttons: The five-button control pannel provides easy operation and customization of your drink, Set your drink strength, size and type, as well as keep track of your coffee habit with the system's on-board cup counter. Language, timers and cleaning settings round out this machine's fully-automatic functions.
- Keep It Clean: The Palazzo is designed to alert you when it's time for a deep clean. But don't worry - all you have to do is add the cleaning liquid, press a button and presto! A clean espresso machine means a quality flavored brew, and Solis has made that foolproof with a handy self-clean system.
- Warm It Up, Keep It That Way: A cold cup can remove as much as 15 degrees from your drink, but the Palazzo's built-in cup warming tray keeps your beverage piping hot between brew and serve.
