have an expanded espresso machine line on display (over 80 machines set up for demo) as well as a new
repair facility. We offer espresso machine demonstrations and home
barista training, Lavazza beans, Monin syrups, teas and coffee related
products for purchase.
We perform authorized repairs and warranty service on Saeco, Ascaso, Rancilio, Pasquini, Quickmill, Gaggia as well other models.
Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $79 to any address in the continental US. Seattle Coffee Gear will use the lowest cost means for free shipping items. You may select from other faster shipping methods during checkout. Free or bonus items included with purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value. Tracking numbers will be posted at time of shipping when available.
Office Coffee Service: We offer rental machines and Lavazza coffee service for area offices. Call for details.

1.) The Best Customer Experience: We have knowledgeable sales and support technicians on hand to help you in selecting a machine that will best fit your needs. We only sell products from quality manufacturers. Should you have a problem with your machine we will work resolve the problem quickly. Seattle Coffee Gear is an authorized repair center for all of the machines that we sell. We have extended the manufacturers warranty on many of the new espresso machines to 2 years.
2.) 30 Day Risk Free Purchase: We encourage you to try your machine out and make sure it meets your needs. If you are not satisfied, you can return your machine within 30 days and exchange it for another. The returned machine must be in good working order and you only pay for shipping and handling. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
3.) Always Competitive Pricing: We work hard to price our products competitively and all of our products (over $79) include free shipping and no tax except in the state of Washington. Please be careful when selecting a company to purchase your machine from. The lowest price seller does not always provide you with the best deal. Here are a few things we recommend:
- Make sure the seller is an authorized representative for the product your are purchasing.
- Be sure the machine you are purchasing is a new and carries the full manufacturer's warranty
- Make sure the company you are working with has technicians on staff and will be able to provide support for your espresso machine should you experience any problems.
