Great, quality pitcher and a good price. I purchased the 12oz. size and now wish I had perhaps purchased one size larger to make lattes at home. The milk, when it gets a-frothing, quickly starts to creep towards the top of the 12 oz. pitcher. That being said, though, the pitcher is still a great purchase and I'm glad to have it.

High quality pitcher

I got the 20oz pitcher. It was a little smaller than I had hoped. But it works great for just my 16oz lattes. Solid high quality construction. Price was great. I plan to buy a bigger one, because every time I fire up my Silvia, my wife always wants a hot chocolate. The 20oz isn't big enough for both.

Got the 20oz and love it. Right size for frothing. Right shape for easy pouring and cleaning. Right size for a double long to transfer to my 18 oz thermos for work. I only got it to get my order over $50 for the free shipping, so I only added a couple bucks to my bottom line, but would easily be worth the full price!

I purchased this pitcher in the 12 oz size. It's the perfect size for just heating milk for chai lattes and such, but if you're frothing it is a bit small. Ive since purchased the 20 oz for a little more room for the milk to froth up in. The quality is great, easy clean up, great price.

This 20 oz pitcher does not actually hold 20 useable onces. 20 oz fill makes it overflow. If you need to do two drinks at a time, you will heed the 32 oz pitcher. Wish I had known 20 oz is not 20 oz when I bought two of these I would have saved the postage.
