Quick Overview
Lavazza Qualita Rossa Espresso is a full bodied espresso. The African Robusta coffee beans give it body and a chocolate aroma, while the natural Arabica from the Brazilian highlands contribute body and a mild aroma. Lavazza roasting brings it all together to create a velvety sensation for your palette. It is the perfect blend for breakfast because it goes well with milk-based drinks and is excellent with biscotti or other bakery goodies.
- 2.2 pounds Premium Whole Bean Espresso
- Roasted and Imported from Italy
| How Does it Compare? | Lavazza Qualita Rossa has a subtle chocolate crema and a full bodied taste. This coffee has gotten mixed reviews and tasters seem to love it or hate it. If you are transitioning from another Lavazza espresso like Super Crema or Starbucks coffee you will find it weak. If you love tenderly roasted Italian blends this is your bag o' beans. |

Not so great...
Review by P L -
Quality Price Value The taste is okay, but a bit boring when compared to the super crema. I don't care for it.

Great Espresso
Review by Pat -
Quality Price Value I am rather new to making espresso at home and have wasted, thrown away, or drank way too much bad espresso. I even considered giving up making it at home until I experienced Lavazza Rossa. I can't believe the difference the right coffee can make. Now I am a happy espresso lover!

Great Coffee from Lavazza
Review by AttitudeXX -
Quality Price Value By Lavazza standards for sure, this coffee provides a great espresso! 9.25/10 for me, it is full-bodied without being too acidic, a nice medium roast that won't clog up the grinder, and great crema that lends a distinctly chocolatey flavor when paired with low fat milk.

Not what I had hoped for.
Review by Ken -
Quality Price Value While I am sure it is good bean, and the taste is acceptable, it is not nearly as strong on my SAECO as a good espresso in any of the coffee shops. I have had it for a month but I have yet to be happy with my cup of coffee.
