Quality Value Price For years we've used a blade grinder to make our morning French Press coffee and we've had to put up with a layer of coffee powder in the bottom of the last cup. The Virtuoso grinder made a consistent course grind and our French press coffee was excellent. Part of our purchase was Saeco Venezia Espresso Machine, and this grinder was the perfect companion. Using our favorite "House Blend" coffee, the fine setting has makes perfectly smooth espresso with excellent creama. We haven't used our french press since day two because the espresso is smooth enough to drink straight. It's quiet enough for a half awake person and doesn't sound like a jack hammer. I can't recommend this machine strongly enough. Well worth the cost. Our old $20 blade grinder went into the trash on day three.
