Features & Functionality of the DeLonghi Gran Dama 6620
- Programmable: Through the LCD display, users can access the detailed programming menu, set coffee and milk volume, adjust temperature, access cleaning cycles and much more. The display leads you through every operation, including brewing, cleaning and programming, and is easily navigable and brightly lit.
- One-Touch Milk System: The 25 oz. milk container froths or steams milk directly into your cup. Simply select the type of foam desired on the milk carafe lid and start brewing. Press the "clean" button on the milk container after use, and the machine automatically flushes the milk system with hot water. Dishwasher safe, the milk container can also be stored in the refrigerator between drinks.
- Conical Burr Grinder: Inside the 8 oz. bean hopper you can select one of 13 grind settings to dial in the perfect extraction.
- Bypass Doser: Need it stronger? Time to dial it back to decaf? A bypass doser allows you to use pre-ground coffee, making it easy to shift from one bean to another.
- Auto-On and Off: Set your machine to automatically turn-on in the morning for faster more convenient coffee!
- Warm It Up: Did you know you lose as much as 15 degrees from your drink when you use a cold cup? Take the edge off of your shot glasses or cups with the cup warming surface.

Caring for the DeLonghi Gran Dama 6620
- Descale every two to three months. We recommend using DeLonghi EcoDecalk Descaler.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days.
- Remove the brew group, soak for 5 minutes in water only and rinse under the tap once a month.
- For optimal results, run the rinsing cycle after frothing milk.

Great coffee, not a durable product

Quality Value Price This is an inexpensive machine that makes a superior cup of coffee. I have 2 and use them multiple times every day. It is so easy to use and makes such a good product that I have chosen to put up with its non durability. The plastic tops do crack and break, and not from user error. Both of mine cracked while brewing. I continue to use them with cracked and broken tops. Mine are older versions. The filters break and new parts are hard to come by as the new filters are a different size and shape. I just make do.

Quality Value Price Top container is plastic. Therefore hard to clean, stains and cracks very quickly. Lasts for about a year and then stains and cracks. This is not an item to buy every year!.

Quality Value Price This electric moka pot is sure to put all your stovetop pots up for sale or the dumpster. It's fast, makes as great if not better coffee than a stovetop and best of all, it doesn't require any attention. Simply plug it in, push the start button, go do whatever, and come back for a wonderful cup of coffee. Too bad there isn't a larger size for entertaining...

Quality Value Price The coffee takes a long time to brew and if the pot isn't exactly perfect during brewing - it makes a big mess. The coffe does not stay warm very long in the caraf.
I do like the way the coffe is made with the filter and the water spout coming out for preperation. It is a nice looking pot.
Really wish it was faster and kept coffee warm longer.

Quality Value Price So glad DeLonghi continues to make this model...I use this machine at least 4=5 time per day minimum every day and it just keeps on performing...this is the 2nd unit I've had in the last 10 years [I think it's actually been that long] and for the cost is's one great espresso machine.
