Quality Value Price I tried the longer thermometers first and can't understand where they would be used short of frothing for a family of six. This size works well even in the smallest frothing cup.

Quality Value Price This commercial grade thermometer and clip has a HUGE dial. This is great for my far sighted eyes. It appears to be accurate enough for steaming milk, but the clip isn't firm and can slide around the rim of the frothing pitcher. Even so, I would buy this again.
