Seattle Coffee Gear offers espresso machine parts as an individual product without any technical assistance or support. We cannot help you diagnose your machine, determine the applicable repair and/or assist with installation of any parts purchased from us. If you do not feel technically inclined enough to diagnose or repair your machine without assistance, please consider sending your machine to our Repair Center.
All information we have available on the parts is detailed in the part's product description, including any compatibility with specific models. We cannot guarantee or warranty that any part will work on your machine, nor can we answer additional questions via phone or email on whether or not a specific part will work with your equipment. Please contact the manufacturer and conduct other research as needed prior to purchasing.
Parts are ineligible for return or exchange and are not covered under Seattle Coffee Gear's standard Return Policy.
Parts cannot be purchased in our retail store, nor can the store staff answer any parts questions. All orders must be processed online and shipped to your location.
