This hardy shot glass is less likely to break or chip due to the heavier weight glass. It also provides more insulation against heat for sensitive fingers. Marked at 1 ounce, it holds 1.5 ounces to the rim.

| Tips and Tricks | It's best to use this bigger, heavier shot glass with machines that have more clearance between the brew group and the trip tray. |

Great Shot Glass for Espresso
Review by Mommy Mouse -
Quality Price Value These shot glasses are a great purchase! The glass is nice and thick, so the heat from the espresso doesn't penetrate to your hands. The 1 oz . line is useful in pulling an accurate shot. You can definitely feel the quality! Thanks Seattle Coffee Gear!

Wonderful weight to them...measurements are different than the specs
Review by Deborah -
Quality Price Value Wonderful weight to them, I love the line for one ounce,,,I measured.
The specs for these are different than the actual shot glass. I purchased this pair as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. They have a Via Venezia, and these shot glasses fit under the portafilter, just barely.
They are actually 3" high, approx. 1 and 3/4" outside diameter at the bottom, it then tapers out to 2" outside diameter at the top.
Great price and value for these!

High quality, useful as diagnostic tool, limited utility otherwise
Review by BH -
Price Value Quality These are good, high quality shot glasses. They are heavyweight and you can feel the quality as you hold them in your hands. Their quality exceeds my expectation. Useful as diagnostic tool to check shot volume etc. Soon after getting them, I migrated to weighing my shots which is more accurate. These days, I just pull my shot and enjoy, without stressing out about volume or whatnot. These are useful tools for beginners learning about espresso and for the occasional diagnosis, for the most part, I just use them to drink vodka.

Heavy Duty !
Review by Homac -
Quality Value Price Highly recommend these. This is a very heavy duty Espresso shot glass with measuring line to help gauge shot volume.
They are made of very thick glass ! I found this really helps because you can 'pre-heat' them and dump out the hot water prior to pulling your espresso shot into them and they keep the heat while you steam your milk.
These little shot glasses are actually heavy ! For the price they are a steal.
Pros:
Easy To Use, Commercial Grade, Easy To Clean
