Description   illy fine grind is available in dark roast (black band), medium roast (red band) and decaf (green band). illy fine grind coffee is ground especially for use with espresso machines, although it also may be used for all methods of coffee preparation.  8.8 oz. espresso grind. Each can is pressurized to conserve the fresh flavor and aroma of the distinctive illy blend.  Choose it if you enjoy personalizing the dosage of each espresso shot and the tactile pleasure of tamping the coffee.  illy fine grind is available in medium and dark roasts as well as decaffeinated:   Medium Roast: for a smooth, balanced flavor enhanced by aromatic notes of caramel and chocolate with a light flowery topnote. Dark Roast: for the full body and deep, rich flavor of a more intense espresso, where notes of cocoa intertwine with hints of  caramel. Decaffeinated: for the same flavor and aroma as medium roast, with a caffeine content of under 0.05 percent, half the legal requirement for decaffeinated coffee.
