- Clean the water tank and lid regularly.
- Soap out the inside of the carafe on a regular basis. Use Durgol Express Decalcifier if necessary to remove residue. See the User Manual for instructions.

Quality Value Price A nice change from all the plastic on the market. It works great and the hard rubber base is great as you can plop it down on a counter top with no worries.

Quality Value Price This kettle boils water fast, and looks good doing it. Glass doesn't impart any flavors like the plastic ones do. I wish I could control what temperature it shuts off at, but a small thermometer can tell me and I shut it off myself. Steam seems to escape through the handle but it doesn't seem to effect reliability or performance.
