A Note About Coffee & Cups
Let us break it down for you: Although 8 ounces equals a cup in the baking world, a US cup of coffee is measured at 6 ounces and a European cup of coffee is measured at 4.25 ounces. This is why we sometimes list ounces to paint a more accurate picture of capacity.

Price Value Quality This french press is very well made, cleans easier the my old glass one, and keep the coffee hot much longer. I returned the smaller size one because it seemed better for a single person. The 8 cup one is great for my wife and I. Couldn't be more pleased!

Price Value Quality I bought the 3 cup version. I LOVE this....the only trouble is...in what "universe" is this a 3 cup french press? I don't do those "dainty" little demitasse cups. It fills my coffee mug (10 oz) just perfectly.... The description doesn't tell you it is 12oz but it does on the box it comes in.
Very elegant! And looks great just on the counter in the kitchen. Now, I have to order the large version so my hubby will quit whining!(Posted on 9/27/12)

Quality Value Price Best press i;ve ever had. it keeps hot coffe hotter longer and iced drinks colder than i've ever been able to keep them before . its a breeze to care for and never dribbles like most all other pots.And the biggest plus for me, a die hard clutz is that it is practically indestruckable (unless u knock it overboard off the sailboat) That's why I'm buying a new one
