Quick Overview
Lavazza Grand Espresso blend is made with Arabica beans from Central and South America, combined with African and Indonesian Robustas. Consistent cup after cup, Lavazza Grand Espresso is strong... but not to be confused with dark and oily, this is light and flavorful.
Many tasters have commented on the lack of bitter aftertaste and the easy crema production. It is perfect for creating milk-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, or cafe macchiatos. This is a clear winner from Lavazza for taste, versatility and consistent results even when brewed from different espresso machines.

My favorite coffee
Review by grossnorm -
Value Quality Price I've tried many kinds of coffee beans over the years in our espresso machine and none even come close to Lavazza Grand Espresso beans. Great flavor without the burnt after taste of some brands.

Best for the money
Review by Bob Z. -
Quality Value Price The only coffee that can give the Grand Espresso a run for the money is Velton's Bonsai. I've blended the two 50/50 with great results, too. The Grand is very satisfying, with a nice complex aroma and flavor profile, with a good hit of chocolate. I've found this coffee to be the easiest to dial in, and most reliable for consistently awesome espresso.
Pros:
Nice chocolate overtones, Complex aroma flavor, Nice blended with Bonsai, Wide brewing sweet-spot
Cons:
Bummer when I run out(Posted on 2/24/12)

Great Coffee at a Great Price
Review by Golfer Steve -
Quality Value Price We primarily drink latte's from our Jura ENA4 machine. This coffee is strong enough to punch through the milk without being too bitter. If you own a superautomatic machine, this coffee should work great for you.

Good Stuff
Review by Highly Caffeinated -
Quality Value Price I use it with a Rancilio machine and grinder. Grinds consistently and pulls nice. Good flavor, not bitter. Very good for milk based drinks. The wife even likes it and she was hooked on a local grinder.[...] the price is fair. [...].I'm giving it 4 stars, not because its lacking but I assume there is always something better that I have not found yet...
Pros:
Great Taste
