Lavazza Top Class is a full-bodied espresso coffee with a very intense and persistent aftertaste. This select blend of fine Arabicas and special washed Robustas from Java results in a rich flavor and aroma. It makes a dense crema, enjoyable whether you sip espresso or milky cappuccinos.

It is possible to brew a delicious drip coffee with Lavazza Top Class. However, it really shines in milk-based espresso drinks where it is strong enough to be noticed over the milk and other competing flavors. Flavorful but not overly oily, this is a creamy crowd pleaser for your everyday cup!

Haseeb A asked: is this the best lavazza coffee type(top class) for a super automatic and if not what would you prefer? Asking because I hear lavazza is the best brand for a drier bean. May 30, 2014

Vasile H: The lavazza top class works great in my Saeco super auto machine. When it comes down to taste and flavor, that is more of a personal preference depending on what you like. Personally I really like the Lavazza Rosa, but I have tried all of the Lavazza beans and they all are great, it just depends if you like a more bold flavor the top class works good, if you like more of a medium light flavor go with the Lavazza Super Crema or the Rosa Jun 2, 2014

Samir L: I use it on a Rancilio machine and it's great, compared with other brands ( Starbucks, and others ..) I prefer Lavazza since it's not oily and works fine with my Rancillo Grinder.
The one I use alot is the supercrema Lavazza.
I have no idea if this coffee been is the best for your super automatic machine but will not hurt to try it.

James V: Any of the Lavazza whole bean coffees work in our super automatic machines. We use Top Class, Super Crema, and occasionally the Grand Espresso and Dek. Never a problem, always a great espresso. Jun 2, 2014

Tina G: Yes it is very good and does not clog up your machine like many of the oily beans do. Delicious taste also. Jun 2, 2014

Haseeb A: Thank you all for ur comments. I was just looking for the best coffee (espresso) for my seaco super automatic I purchased through you guys and heard lavazza was the best. I usually buy starbucks but I hear its too oily and not good in super automatics. Thanks again for all the responses!! Jun 2, 2014

Christine J: This is consistently a great bean for my super automatic. The beans are drier yet full of flavor. I use all the LaVazza beans, and really enjoy all of them. The drier beans keep the machine running cleaner longer! Other oily beans can gum up the works, never a problem with LaVazza. Jun 2, 2014

Michael V: Haseeb. Any Lavazza works great in super automatic machines ( I have a Saeco Vienna). Their beans are dry and make delicious coffee! Dark roast beans are very oily, and do not work nearly as well .

I have tried many of the Lavazza coffees in my Jura-Capresso espresso maker, and this is, by far, my wife and my personal favorite! We drink it every day, and I can't say enough about it. This is a must try, in my humble opinion...
