Quality Value Price I hoped the Monin dark chocolate sauce would provide an easy base for hot chocolate and mochas for non-espresso drinkers among my family and friends. Sadly, instead of approximating a hand-mixed batch of Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sugar and milk to form a rich "dark chocolate" paste to be mixed with steamed milk, it tastes like Hershey's syrup, which is high in sugar; low in chocolate flavor. That is the opposite of true dark chocolate flavor, and definitely not "gourmet."

Quality Value Price I really like adding a bit of this to a normal drink to make it richer/sweeter. One thing that I didn't realize that may help someone else out, I didn't realize until later that this unit does not include a pump and that must be ordered separately. Until I place another order and throw in a pump I have kept the bottle upside-down and used a small spoon to ration it. This works okay but a pump would be nice {:
