Keep your pours precise and your espresso making measured with the help of these glass pitchers. The heavy glass shot pitchers each feature a handle and two pour spouts. Graduated marks read in ounces and milliliters, with ounces measured at every 1/2 ounce increment and milliliters are marked at every 10ml.

Pros
  • Burn Free - The handle is a great buffer between you and the freshly brewed espresso, preventing any burns to your fingers.
  • Measure it Up - With graduated markings you'll never have to guess how much each of your shots is. You're guaranteed precise measurements every time.
  • Two in One - No need to dirty two shot glasses, when you can stick this shot pitcher underneath the brewhead while extracting enough velvety goodness for two.
Cons
  • Not Fit for Alll - Unfortunately this shot pitcher is great for large capacities but it also means it's only compatible with machines with more clearance under the brew group.

How Does it Compare?

Has everything a pitcher encompasses (handle, spouts, graduated lines) but sized down to accommodate espresso machines so you can be a lot more precise about pouring, measuring and handling extracted shots.

Tips and Tricks

Use one shot pitcher at a time underneath the brewhead per extraction and it fits both portafilter spouts.

Lon R: All of the painted measurement lines have been removed by my dishwasher. It takes about three months. I'm sure my dishwasher doesn't reach 350 degrees. The glass has not been affected however I do not know if 350 degrees would damage the glass. Jun 26, 2013

Nice but will crack from heat.

I was pulling a shot directly into the shot pitcher (room temp) and I heard a pop. Pitcher had cracked across the bottom. The second time I used it another pop and the crack went from rim to rim. These are great little shot pitchers but not sure they are designed for very high heat. The other pitcher has not had this issue. Just a bad one maybe?

They are nice little pitchers that make transferring easier. Made of nice thick durable glass that can withstand temperatures. The only downside is that they are a little pricey but that's okay. They are very useful.

They break if you drop them on a ceramic tile floor (no brainer). I had two: son took one home and non-espresso drinker (brother) broke the other one. Ergo, recent order for two more. Thanks!

Bought two sets, 4 shot glasses in all. Neighbor immediately borrowed (permanently, I suspect) one glass to calibrate her Pasquini. Using mine with my seven year old Oscar, used daily, averaging about 20 two once shots per week.

Have broken four of the old Starbucks two ounce shot glasses which are no longer offered.

These work great and easily catch both rat tails. Appreciate the one half once gradients.

Highly recommended.

Like the product as easy to use and prevent over extraction of a double shot.

Warms up evenly pre-use, cleans up nicely.

Pours into drink with no or little drip.

Much less messy than my old regular shot glass.

Is there any painted glass that can withstand a scrubber or a dishwasher? Some nice things take a little hand care. That's not a con.

These are great shot glasses, especially the mini pitcher look. BUT I consider them to be 2.5 ounces. For example, I have a one cup pyrex measuring pitcher...the highest marking is 1 cup, although if you filled it to the top it would hold much more. Likewise with every other brand of glass measuring pitcher I have. The highest marking is 2 1/2 ounces which is just below the top, and I don't usually go higher than that. I didn't remove a star for that, I just think 4 stars is a great rating. Would I buy them again? I broke one on the granite counter and just reordered, so obviously yes :-)

I am very happy with this purchase. The glasses allow you to pull a double shot and are easily read. I keep them on my warming tray to heat them up prior to pulling my shot. Works great. The handle is a nice touch. No finger burn.

Glasses have incremental measurements that are helpful in keeping track of espresso volume. The handles are good so that you can pick up the glasses without getting burned. These handles make these glasses better than a typical small measuring glass or a shot glass.

Wow! I am really impressed with these little guys! We have gone through a few different shot glasses that either are too thin and get super hot in hands or the lines eventually wear off. When I saw these I thought they were a little "expensive" for a shot glass..but now I think they are well worth the extra dough. I love that they are slightly larger and will hold a full two ounces. I especially love the little handle-"no more hot to the touch". They are super handy, someone was really thinking with the design.

I use this several times daily when pulling 2-shot lungos on my [@] Barista. I love that there are 2 in a set; the quality & thickness of the glass; the measurement lines allow for you to gauge the timing on your shot pulls; the handle is ergonomic; and the spouts are just the right size. Couldn't be happier with these.

Easy To Use, Easy To Clean, Commercial Grade
