We have included information about our return and warranty policies
below, in the event that you receive an item that doesn't meet your
expectations or is damaged during the shipping process. If you

Damaged Merchandise:
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping.
Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping
damage or missing items (Please note that many orders are shipped in
multiple packages). If an item appears to be damaged, please notify us
immediately. Any damaged merchandise must be reported to Seattle Coffee
Gear within 5 business days of delivery in order for a damage claim to
be processed. Do not attempt to use the machine. We may have the
shipping company come to your address to inspect or retrieve the
package.
Non/Malfunctioning New Products:
If your machine seems to not be working properly, you must call our
customer service department at 866-372-4734 within 5 days of having
received the item.
30-day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied
with your purchase of an espresso machine or grinder you may return it within thirty (30) days from date of
purchase. Refurbished espresso machines and grinders have a fifteen
(15) day return policy. All purchases final on consumable items, cups,
accessories and parts.
You must first obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Seattle Coffee Gear. Simply
e-mail your request to: returns@seattlecoffeegear.com. Returned items must include any original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, etc. To obtain
a full refund, minus original shipping & handling, merchandise must
be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging in like new
condition. We do not accept returned merchandise without a RMA number.
Warranty information: New
espresso machines carry a 1 or 2-year limited warranty. Refurbished
machines carry a 6-month limited warranty. Warranty details are
published with each machine.
